Return & Refund Policy

.1 Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: Customers may request returns or refunds within 14 calendar days of receiving their order.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the condition they were received.

  • Exclusions: Due to the nature of botanical products (seeds, bulbs, growth boosters), we cannot offer returns on opened or germinated items unless there is a quality issue.

1.2 Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with a photo and order details.

  • We will offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

1.3 Return Process

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at airwanze@protonmail.com or 0482-8291068 (11 am โ€“ 6 pm IST) within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Once approved, you'll receive instructions and an RMA number.

  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable courier. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the return is due to our error.

  4. After we receive and inspect the return, your refund (if applicable) will be processed within 7 business days.

1.4 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued using the original payment method.

  • It may take 3โ€“5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • If a replacement is requested and in stock, weโ€™ll ship it immediately and notify you.

1.5 Exchanges

  • We offer free exchanges (size, variety, etc., if applicable), subject to stock availability.

  • If the new itemโ€™s value differs, youโ€™ll be notified about any price adjustments before shipping.

1.6 Late or Missing Refunds

  • If your refund hasnโ€™t appeared within 7 business days of confirmation, please check with your bank/card provider.

2. Shipping Returns

  • For standard returns, customers cover the shipping cost.

  • In cases of damage, defects, or incorrect items, RareChiic will refund the full return shipping cost upon verification.


3. Important Notes

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

  • We're committed to eco-friendly packaging and shipping practices. Return labels sent electronically where possible.
